From profile to lineup in four steps.

  1. Build your profile

Photos, links, your menu or setlist, and the days you're free. About 10 minutes.

  2. Add your documents

Licenses and insurance stay private to our team. We'll remind you before anything expires.

  3. Get offers

Once you're approved, we send dates with times, load-in and pay. Accept in one tap or suggest another time.

  4. Show up on the lineup

Your card goes on the event page and in the app, with your links, so guests can find you before and after.

Have these ready.

Bands + artists

  • Photos and a short bio
  • Listen links (Spotify, YouTube, Bandcamp)
  • Power and sound needs, stage plot if you have one
  • W-9 before your first payment (sent to us directly, never through the app)

Insurance only if an event asks for it.

Food trucks

  • Central District Health mobile food license
  • Current fire inspection
  • Insurance certificate naming Stockyard Social as additional insured
  • Idaho seller’s permit
  • Your menu with prices

Market vendors

  • Product photos and price range
  • Idaho seller’s permit
  • Food or treat permit, only if you sell food

Some markets ask for insurance.

A crowd that comes to stay.

People settle in

Dog owners, families and Pack Pass members spend the afternoon, not ten minutes.

We promote you

Booked vendors appear on the event page, in the app and in our event emails.

One place for the details

Offers, times, load-in, day-of contacts and payment status, all in your vendor home.

Good questions.

How do I get paid?

Each offer says how: a flat fee, fee plus tips, a revenue share or a booth fee. Payment timing is in the Vendor Terms.

Is there a fee to apply?

No. Creating a profile and applying is free.

There are dogs everywhere. Anything I should know?

Yes: keep cords taped down, food off the ground, and volume where we set it. We'll send day-of details with each booking.

Can I bring my own dog?

Not while you're working. You'll be focused on your set or your line, and our Yard needs every dog watched. If someone who isn't working comes with you, your dog is welcome as their guest with a cleared Stockyard profile, following the same entry rules as any visitor. Dogs are never allowed in or around food prep areas.

Do you have power and sound?

Power, yes. Our first shows are singer-songwriter sets on the patio or in a corner of the room, so bring your own sound for now. There'll be more for bands once the Cabana District stage opens. Tell us what you need in your profile.

How long until I hear back?

Within 24 hours. Our events team reviews every profile and replies by email.
