Membership purchased
Pack Pass and VIP Pack Pass provide one family membership for 36 months beginning on the official activation date announced by Stockyard Social. The presale is not an investment, ownership interest, charitable contribution or promise of financial return.
Presale prices
Pack Pass is $899 and VIP Pack Pass is $1,499 unless another written offer is shown at checkout. A purchaser choosing 50% down must pay the remaining balance within 30 days. Membership will not be fully activated until the entire purchase price is received.
Activation and opening
The current target public opening is November 15, 2026. The 36-month membership term begins on the official activation date, not the purchase date. Construction, licensing, approvals and other circumstances may change opening dates. Stockyard Social will communicate material changes using the purchaser’s contact information.
Included benefits
Benefits are those stated on the purchase page at the time of sale, subject to the limitations disclosed there. Recovery Yard credits relate to a planned future phase and begin only when that facility is built, approved and available. Comparable substitutions may be offered when a product or benefit is unavailable.
Family use and transfer
The membership is intended for the purchaser’s household and registered dogs. Guest, sharing and transfer rights are limited to the benefits expressly identified as shareable. The core membership may not be resold or transferred without written approval.
Rules and eligibility
Facility entry will require compliance with posted rules, dog vaccination and health requirements, waivers, conduct standards and applicable laws. Stockyard Social may suspend or terminate access for unsafe, abusive, fraudulent or seriously disruptive behavior.
Program changes
Operating hours, vendors, programming, menus, spaces and specific offers may change. Stockyard Social will not materially reduce the core membership solely to avoid delivering the purchased value.
Cancellation and refunds
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into this Agreement. If Stockyard Social definitively cancels the Garden City facility before activation, it will provide a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Electronic communications
You consent to receiving transaction, membership, opening and policy communications electronically at the email address associated with your purchase.
