About Stockyard Social
Stockyard Social LLC is developing a dog-friendly social club and community campus at 415 E. Remington Street in Garden City, Idaho. Images, renderings, opening dates, amenities and programming identified as planned, proposed, future or conceptual may change as construction, licensing and approvals progress.
Accounts and accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or purchase has been used without authorization.
Purchases and additional terms
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Membership purchases are also governed by the Membership and Presale Agreement and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If those documents conflict with these general Terms, the more specific purchase terms control.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse another person’s identity, scrape protected information or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
Intellectual property
The Stockyard Social name, logos, artwork, site design, copy and related materials are owned by or licensed to Stockyard Social LLC. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.

Payments, maps, account tools and other features may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Links do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
