Presale purchase
Ahead of the Pack is an advance purchase supporting a facility with a target public opening of November 15, 2026. Dates and planned amenities may change because of construction, licensing or approvals.
Cancellation window
You may request cancellation within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, provided no membership benefit, cooler reward, event admission or other included value has been redeemed. Requests must be emailed to hello@stockyardsocial.com from the purchaser’s email address.
After the cancellation window
After 14 days, presale payments are nonrefundable except where required by law, if Stockyard Social cancels the program, or as specifically described in the Membership and Presale Agreement.
Opening delay or cancellation
A change to the target opening date does not automatically cancel the membership. If Stockyard Social determines that the Garden City facility will not open, purchasers will be offered the remedies described in the Membership and Presale Agreement and applicable law.
Fifty-percent-down option
The remaining 50% is due within 30 days of the first payment. The reservation may be cancelled if the balance is not received when due. Unless required by law, the initial payment is subject to the same cancellation terms above.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
