Jake Whitlock and Julie Emerick created Clubhound as a place where dogs could play while their people made friends, worked, watched games and stayed awhile. Together with their team, members, vendors and guests, they turned this Garden City campus into a second home for thousands of dog lovers.
The Stockyard hopes to honor what that community loved and carry its spirit forward—while opening the gates to even more ways for people to connect.
The Clubhouse remains at the heart of it all—a small nod to the place that brought this community together first.

This is not starting
from an empty field.
The foundation is visible: an indoor hall, a working bar, televisions, roll-up doors, fenced outdoor play, patios, utilities and a community-shaped campus.
The bar + five TVs
The existing working bar and game-day setup that will evolve into The Watering Hole and The Roost.

The real shaded patio beside the fenced dog yard, with seating, planters and easy indoor-outdoor flow.
